Questionnaire Design
Based on our findings and analysis at a nascent stage we design a customized questionnaire to fit the study objectives. We design our questionnaires keeping the respondent in mind and ensuring that all logic patterns and skip patterns are in place and there is no room for error."

We have a team of dedicated experts who work on designing questionnaires, utilizing their experience of having done various projects ranging from Telecom, Pharmacy, consumer products, IT etc.

The questionnaire is developed after understanding the scope of the project, what are the answers the client is looking for and we come up with the relevant questions that should be asked after consulting the Clients every step of the way.

The questionnaire is also designed keeping in mind the geographic and demographic being targeted. The designation of the audience, culture, habits etc and the flow of questions is done in a way which does not break the flow.
Sample Selection
Aimed at a focused target market we choose the segment we want to study. After careful consideration and based on our findings and appropriate statistical techniques, we decide on a volume and strata.
Quality Control
We believe in ‘measure-as-you-go’ hence at every sequential stage of our research, with our stringent quality control measures we do routine inspections ensuring adherence to international standards. We also believe in doing things right the first time and thus most of our processes comply with “error reduction at source” quality assurance techniques.
Data Collection
We circulate our surveys in tune with the requirement of our project plan in various mediums. For us reliability of data is the prime concern. We use various interfaces like CAWI & CATI to name a few, to obtain our research data. Regardless of methodology, utmost importance is given to quality control & data integrity. Data collection is done through Primary and Secondary Research. Primary research would entail collection of data through telephone and Secondary research would include collection of data through internet, our proprietary internal databases and external databases to which we subscribe.
Data Processing & Analytics
We categorize and process the acquired data with the help of detailed and structured precision. At this stage we have an expert team of analytics professionals who make use of various internationally recognized statistical know-how and data software to analyze and process data.
Findings & Analysis
